PHYSICAL ACTIVITY READINESS DECLARATION
You confirm that your doctor has NEVER said you have a heart condition or that you should only do physical activity recommended by a doctor.
You confirm that you DO NOT feel pain in your chest when you do physical activity, NOR have you had chest pain in the past month when not doing physical activity.
You confirm that you do NOT lose balance because of dizziness or ever lose consciousness.
You confirm you do NOT have a bone or joint problem (for example back, knee or hip) that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity.
You confirm that your doctor is NOT currently prescribing you medication for your blood pressure or a heart condition.
You confirm that if you are pregnant, or you have given birth in the last 6 months, you HAVE sought professional medical advice with regard to training/any intended changes in your physical activity.
You confirm that you know of NO other reason as to why you should not take part in physical activity.
You are over 16 years of age on the day you enter the gym.
TRAINING COMPETENCE DECLARATION
By purchasing and partaking in an online programme from GYM22 including training at our facility, you confirm that you have competence and confidence to perform the following movement patterns without pain: lunge, hinge, squat, push and pull and any cardiovascular workout.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
By signing up to a subscription-based coaching programme or service including GYM 22 membership directly or through the corporate membership, or newsletter you agree to pay the initial and recurring subscription fees, including after any trial period. Whether it is 3, 6 or 12 month membership contracts. You accept full responsibility for all recurring payments until you cancel your subscription, this includes free newsletter, email marketing and any contact GYM 22 its staff or any person instructed to contact you, which can be done any time via an email. If a subscription is cancelled or a payment fails, access to your training programme/coaching service will be removed and full payment to the whole contract needs to be paid in full, these Terms and conditions within and under the Subscriptions header supersede any other Terms and Conditions.
REFUNDS
All Memberships, coaching programmes and services purchased or received from GYM22 are non-refundable once delivered or subscribed to, or entered into the contract terms.
Once you have enrolled memberships are non-refundable and you accept full responsibility to complete all payable instalments.
Exclusion from the gym is to be managed by any of the GYM 22 directors only and can be done at any given time without due notice and no refunds given.

All content within GYM22 website, newsletter any media on social media, media news, blogs, and social media content and emails or in the GYM22 facility is copyright of GYM22 and is protected under international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, transmit or distribute any of the material. This material in any form is not medical advice or there to cure disease. You must consult your doctor before participating in any exercise or taking the information and using it. You do at your own risk and GYM 22 have no liability.
